Shipping policy

We ship across India, subject to serviceability at your PIN code.

Orders can be placed at any time.
Lucknow orders placed before 1 PM may be eligible for same-day delivery, subject to availability.
Orders placed after 1 PM and orders outside Lucknow are generally shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on Sundays are processed the following business day.

Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and courier serviceability.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Outstation orders are shipped through Shiprocket and its courier partners.
For Lucknow, we also offer local delivery and pickup.
During festive periods, sales events, or due to weather, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take longer than usual. We will do our best to keep you informed of significant delays.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order.
To request a change, email biskitsindia@gmail.com before your order is shipped. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee them once an order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery times and handling are outside our direct control.
If you are unavailable for delivery or provide an incorrect address, any resulting delays or additional charges may be your responsibility.
If your order arrives damaged, email biskitsindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographs or a video of the package and products.
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery period, contact us so we can follow up with the courier.

Our cookies have a 14-day shelf life from the date of baking.
Please store them as instructed on the packaging and bring them indoors promptly after delivery.
We cannot guarantee freshness if an order is left outside or unattended for an extended period.
