Do you use preservatives?
Never. Our cookies are made with premium ingredients and contain no preservatives, or additives.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
They stay fresh for about 10-12 days in an airtight container at room temperature, i.e. if you manage to not finish them the day you receive them!
What are your sizing options?
All the details you love about the original—with a fresh flared block heel and modern square toe. Expertly crafted using soft Nappa leather, this essential style molds and moves with you to keep you comfortably on your feet all day (and night). This boot uses leather sourced from a Leather Working Group-approved trader. The Leather Working Group (LWG) Audit Standards provide transparency and accountability within the leather supply chain—covering energy and water usage.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery via DTDC and ShipRocket. All cookies are baked to order and packed carefully to reach you fresh and safe. For local deliveries in Lucknow, we use Porter.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, depending on your PIN code and final order.
How soon will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shippedwithin 1-3 business daysof you placing the order, depending on order size and location. You’ll receive tracking details once it’s dispatched.
Do you offer eggless cookies?
Yes! We have delicious eggless options, including our Eggless Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookies, all the Shortbreads, Oatmeal cookies, and the Aata Dark Chocolate Chunk.
Can I customise my box?
Yes, we offer one 12-cookie customisable assortment, called the ‘Your Way, the Sweet Way’ box where you can mix and match flavours from all of our bases.

Are your cookies available in stores?
Right now, we bake exclusively for online orders. You get your cookies straight from our kitchen, never off a shelf. Since we do not use preservatives, the cookies don’t have a shelf life long enough to be in stores.
How should I store my cookies?
Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature. If you want to keep them longer, refrigerate or freeze — just bring to room temp before eating.
How to best enjoy the cookies?
There are several ways to enjoy our cookies. For all the chocolate-based cookies, we recommend microwaving them for about 5 seconds. The classic shortbread can be enjoyed with some raspberry preserve.
Do you have sugar-free or protein-rich cookies?
Not yet. As of now, we offer only indulgent options. That being said, we already keep the sugar in all our cookies to a minimum, to maintain the structure of the cookies without it overpowering the actual flavours!
